2020 Jeep Gladiator Electrical System

Dash lights (entire dash lights including radio and start/stop, heat/air) have gone out while driving. It is available for inspection upon request. Without critical information displayed there is an increased risk of a crash. Yes, the problem has occurred on other 2020 Jeep Gladiators and there is a recall on them. I took it the dealer and was informed that my Gladiator doesn’t fall under the recall. There was no indications other than a clicking noise in the dash and out they went. After the 4th time, the start/stop light has been on and doesn’t work and also on that part of the panel, heat/air controls do not work properly. When I start the vehicle, the air conditioner automatically comes on, on high and at the same time, the rear defogger/ heated mirrors comes on also and I cannot turn them off. They stay on for 5 minutes and then go off on their own, then and only then I am able to adjust the controls to what I want them on.

7” ipc screen started glitching when driving and then went blank. Can’t see any of the fuel gauge temp gauge or any warning lights or anything.

The instrument cluster is not working. The 3.5” display is no longer functioning. This results in not knowing the oil pressure gauge, fuel gauge, odometer reading, temp gauge, and other warning/information gauges, etc. This issue has been confirmed but a service center, repair order attached. There was no warning to indicate a problem. The cluster just quick working.

Instrument panel has gone out. Can't see gas gauge, oil pressure, speedometer, engine water temperature, etc. My VIN number does not appear on recall list but it still is a safety condition that I feel is something that the manufacturer should fix. Any help will be appreciated. Can my VIN be added to recall.

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) failed. The speedometer, fuel gauge, and other driver information displays no longer function. The vehicle and failed instrument cluster are available for inspection upon request. The failure resulted in loss of critical driving information, including vehicle speed and fuel level. This creates a safety risk because I cannot accurately monitor speed, receive warning indicators, or assess vehicle operating conditions while driving. The issue has been diagnosed by ASE certified shop No warning lamps or messages were displayed prior to the failure. The instrument cluster failed suddenly and without warning.

I have a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. My instrument panel cluster was blinking for a few weeks. Now there is no light at all. One can not see the milage, gas, speed, etc. There was a current recall that came out September 2024, however mine was not included. This poses a safety issue as one can not see mileage (oil changes), gas remaining or any other significant messages (air bag, coolant information, brake system, tire pressure, etc) When we brought it to the dealership they said it was not covered yet, but wait it out.

Instrument panel with speedometer, gas gage and other components went black. It is available for inspection. My safety has been put at risk due to unknown conditions of vehicle through instrument panel. The problem has been confirmed by a dealer, I was initially told that it was just a "fluke" and it would never happen again, so it was not fixed. Now I find out there is a recall by Jeep, but my VIN number isn't involved. The instrument panel would initially blink and then it went completely black and stays that way.

There is already a recall for the 3.5" inch instrument cluster as seen here: [XXX] But there is definitely an issue with the 7" cluster as well. This just happened to me and you can see a bunch of other folks have complained about it with 7" [XXX] Looks like no one will warranty the 7" INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

The instrument panel cluster of my 2020 Jeep Gladiator went blank a few months ago. Therefore, my odometer, fuel gage and several other notifications were not visible. The recall Campaign Number: 24V652000 for the instrument cluster panel does not include my vin #. I am looking to be refunded for the $$ I already had to spend to fix this and not sure how to go about getting my vehicle included in this recall.

Jeep Gladiator 7" instrument panel cluster (IPC) screen stopped working. This display shows vital vehicle information such as mileage, fuel level, engine temperature, battery voltage, tire pressure, and other important information. I believe this is a safety issue because of the fact that you have no idea how much fuel you have, which could lead to engine shutting off when fuel is empty. There were no warnings. No lights, buzzers, or any messages in the screen. There is an open recall on Jeep Gladiator and Wrangler models with the 3.5" IPC screen that stopped working (Stellantis recall #30B - issued Sept 5, 2024). My vehicle is a 2020 model with only 20,500 miles, and I am the original owner.

IPC instrument panel cluster flashing for about a week then went blank total black out could not read important data to operate the car example check engine light gas speedometer tire inflation all safety on operating vehicle not to mention tbe blinking on and off dir a week ir so distracting you from driving the vehicle or worrying if you had gas ir tire pressure or set controls for your vehicle . The jeep mopar site says ipc malfunctioning , drive shaft malfunctioning as well as 1 other recall . I even called the dealer . This is very unsafe .

The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 68,000.

The contact stated that upon restarting the vehicle, the instrument cluster turned on but displayed erroneous information on several occasions. Additionally, the contact stated that he had disengaged the engine Auto Start/Stop System; however, the system recently started to re-engage unintendedly while at a complete stop. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, the failure could not be duplicated. The dealer informed the contact that the electronic system was functioning as needed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact related the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 24V652000 (Electrical System); however, the VIN was not included. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the VIN was not included in a recall. The failure mileage was approximately 48,000.

The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the instrument cluster had a short circuit and needed to be replaced. My instrument cluster 7.0” tft color display flickers on and off and is distracted while I drive. There is a recall for the 3.5” display that does NOT cover my jeep gladiator but perhaps the recall needs to be expanded. Mine was gladiator is covered by an extended warranty but the part is on back order for 6 months. I am at 5 months but still no sign of a part. Since jeep nor the warranty company nor the dealership will provide a rental car, I am driving an unsafe vehicle with the dash flickering on on off every 3 seconds. It is more distracting at night than during the day.

The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was 87,000.

The contact owns a 2020 Jeep Gladiator. The contact stated that while driving on two occasions at various speeds, the infotainment screen was flashing different colors before the screen went black. The contact stated that on both failures the screen illuminated after restarting the vehicle. The contact stated that after the third failure, the infotainment system failed to illuminate after restarting the vehicle. The vehicle was not taken to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 54,000.

The center gauge has gone out. It was flashing brightly as it went out. It shows: the speed, the battery voltage, tire pressure, gas remaining, mileage and all of the information from the computer that can be changed. The service department said they didn’t know what could be causing it. Perhaps wiring. I’ve checked fuses and wiring and the battery and can’t find any issues. The other two analog gauges work fine. I don’t know if it’s still ticking off the miles I drive. I assume it is? I’m getting no help and I saw that there was a recall but I’m not in it? Any help would be awesome.
