Equipped with ProPILOT Assist and Intelligent Cruise Control inclusive of Lane Keep assist, traffic sign recognition, and Direct Adaptive Steering. Vehicle has just under 60,000 miles and still under warranty When in ProPILOT Assist/Intelligent Cruise Control, when hands leave the steering wheel, car failed to give a dash visual warning, sensory warning, or did not take control of the vehicle to bring it to a safe stop. This of course is a serious safety issue if the driver becomes incapacitated to the point of not being able to respond to the warnings. The car could obviously go through intersections without stopping or possibly get off course resulting in collision with other vehicles, structures or people. This first appeared on interstate highway travel on a trip to Florida in late November and bought in to Smith Infiniti of Hunstville, AL on [XXX] As of this date, [XXX], it has been in service department for nine (9) weeks with no correction of the failure. The dealer and Nissan technical representatives have attempted on numerous occasions and with numerous parts(some replaced 2 times) to fix.
